NMS offering

Cybrix created a Network Monitoring System, Pro-Vigil, for remote network monitoring and trouble ticket support. This is a commercial offering that can be applied to any network and is made to be administered remotely. The capabilities include trouble ticket creation/assignment, monitoring, trend monitoring, monitoring of all network assets for CPU, memory and disk utilization and logging. With this tool, we are able to supplement large organization tech support teams that may be under manned and completely support smaller organizations that cannot afford a full time technical support team.
